Since its founding in 1991, El Sol has been a driving force in nurturing and uplifting the community through compassion, care, and holistic support. Over the years, the El Sol Holistic Center became a trusted space where people found belonging and encouragement. As the community grew, so did its needs, inspiring a vision for something even greater.

That vision is now taking shape. As the construction manager for this transformative project, AIM Design & Development is honored to partner with El Sol to bring the El Sol Park and Learning Center to life, a project that will stand as a beacon of Neighborhood Revitalization and community empowerment.

Located at 766 Waterman Avenue, the El Sol Park and Learning Center will soon break ground, marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the neighborhood. Once complete, this state-of-the-art facility will feature:

• A multi-purpose court

• A cafeteria

• An art and culture room

• A yoga room

• A game room

• A library

• A music room

  …and much more, all designed to enrich the lives of community members and promote wellness, learning, and connection.
